I believe that emotional support is what we need in the moments of uncertainty and instability in our life. Having worked as a doula and supporting families in one of the most important moments in their lives helped me understand that having a support person is crucial. That’s one of the reasons I decided to become a counsellor, to be that person for people going through difficult times. My work is focused on helping clients to better understand themselves, navigate their life circumstances and achieve their therapy goals. We’ll work together at a pace that is comfortable for you. I offer warm, safe and non-judgemental space where we will explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences.

• I currently offer virtual sessions and see clients in person in Maple Ridge, BC. Sessions are offered in English and Russian.
• I work with individuals and couples from youth (19+) to elders.
• I offer a free 20-minute online consultation to help you decide if working together feels right for you.
